Frevolt Green Energy Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Frevolt”) Ganeshotsav 2024 offer

 

1. The offer is valid only for the period of Ganeshotsav 2024 i.e. between - 7th September 2024 00:00:01 to 17 September 2024 23:59:59 (referred to as ‘Offer Period” in the following part of this document)

2. Only the customers who make a booking by paying ₹20,001/- during the offer period can avail of this offer.

3. The customer’s eligibility for the loan provided by the nationalized banks will be determined only by the banks. Frevolt makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the availability or amount of the loans under PM Surya Ghar Scheme. Frevolt merely facilitates the process for obtaining these loans from the partner banks. Frevolt has no interference/say with the approval/ rejection of loans with the banks.

4. The customer agrees to take the loan at their own risk. The lender-borrower relationship is entirely between the lending bank and the borrowing customer. Frevolt has no role in this relationship. If the customer has funded his/her solar project with a loan or otherwise, the solar installer is not liable to pay the customer’s EMI/ penalty/electricity bills or any sum thereof because of delays in the project execution.

5. Frevolt will only be able to facilitate the process with the banks with whom Frevolt has an ongoing relationship.

6. The customer may cancel the order placed on the solar installer within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of remittance of advance money or the date of order acceptance, whichever is earlier by serving a notice.

7. If the customer cancels the order after the expiry of 3 (three) calendar days from the date of the advance money payment or the date of order acceptance, whichever is earlier, the customer shall be liable to pay the solar installer, a cancellation fee of entire 5% of the total order value plus costs and expenses incurred by vendor, including, costs for labor, design, return of products, administrative costs, and subvention costs.

8. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order after the vendor has dispatched the RTS System (or any part thereof, including the solar panels, the inverters, the module Mounting Structure or any Balance Of System materials) to the customer’s Site. If the customer chooses to terminate the order after dispatch, the entire amount paid by the customer to date shall be forfeited by the solar installer.

9. Frevolt Green Energy Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Frevolt”) reserves the right to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions, or replace wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without prior notice.

10. In case of any dispute, the final decision of the decision-making authorities of Frevolt shall be final. Frevolt has the right to not accept a customer for this offer.

11. The offer is valid for all those customers who have not received their solar sanction from MSEDCL yet. If you have received a solar sanction by adding any other agency other than Frevolt Green Energy Technologies on the PM Surya Ghar Portal, it will not be valid.

12. Frevolt reserves the right to revoke the customer’s access to this offer if it is ascertained that the offer has been earned using fraudulent means.

13. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value and cannot be clubbed with any other promo code.
