Refer and Earn upto ₹10,000!

Applicable Cities
 

• The referral rewards program is applicable only for referrals in the cities of Nashik, Sangli, Ichalkaranji, and Kolhapur.

 

Validity Period

​

• The referral program is valid between 13th December 2024 to 1st January 2025. Frevolt reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time without prior notice.

Reward Amount Details

​​

• The referral reward amount will vary depending on the kWp capacity of the solar power plant installed by the referred customer. The reward tiers are as follows: 

  • 2 kW to 10 kWp - ₹ 3000

  • 10 kWp to 25 kWp - ₹5,000

  • ₹10,000 for above 25 kWp

• The referral reward is subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations. The referrer is responsible for reporting this income in their tax filings, wherever applicable.

How to Refer?

 

You can refer a friend by:

​

• Sharing your unique referral code with them.

• Creating their profile on their behalf through the "Refer Now" button in the Frevolt app.

• Submitting their details via the referral form link provided in SMS, WhatsApp, or email communication from Frevolt Green Energy Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

• You may share the referral code or link through WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, or any other platform using the Frevolt app's share menu.

Eligibility for Referral Rewards

​​

• The referred customer must be a new user and not have an existing account or prior association with Frevolt.

• The referred customer must successfully complete the solar purchase process within 3 months (90 days) of being referred.

• The referred customer must make the advance payment directly through Frevolt's platform

• Your friend must use your referral code when placing their first order.

• Once your friend makes the first advance payment on the Frevolt platform and installs a solar power plant, you will receive a cash reward of up to ₹10,000 (based on the kWp capacity of the solar power plant).

• If your friend is already registered as an existing customer in Frevolt’s app or database, you will not be eligible for a referral reward.

• The referral reward will be credited to the referrer's bank account within 14 working days of the referred customer making the advance payment and meeting all eligibility criteria.

Unlimited Referrals
 

• There is no limit on the number of people you can refer to Frevolt.

Fraud and Misuse

​

• Frevolt reserves the right to investigate any referral activity suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of the terms of the program. Any such activity may result in disqualification from the program, withholding of rewards, and/or legal action.

Conflict Resolution

​

• If two individuals claim to have referred the same customer, the reward will be granted to the person whose referral has the earlier timestamp.

• Verification will be conducted based on the referred customer’s phone number, email ID, and consumer number.

• Frevolt reserves the right to make the final decision in such matters, and the decision will be binding and final.

• Any disputes arising under this referral program shall be governed by the laws of India and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune/ Maharashtra.

Program Modifications

​

• Frevolt reserves the right to modify the terms of the referral program, including the rewards offered to the referrer and the referred user, at any time without prior notice.

• Frevolt also reserves the right to declare any reward null and void at its sole discretion.

• Participants will be notified of any changes to the referral program via email, SMS, or updates on the Frevolt app/website.

Reward Disbursement

​

• The referral reward amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.

• Rewards cannot be converted into credits, coupons, or any other form of payment.

Exclusions

​​

• Individuals onboarded as promoters of solar installation partners are not eligible for referral rewards under this program.

• Promoters, Employees, contractors, and associates of Frevolt Green Energy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the referral program unless specifically approved.
